Default lip or concavity?

The question is pretty obvious... which do you guys prefer these days?

If you're confused, then maybe I'll post some pics later...

I'm digging the OEM look nowadays without lip. Both can be pulled off with a proper drop.

I'm a HUGE sucker for lips as most people know by my last 2 choice in wheels however I must say on the right car the concave look is absolutely drop dead sexy and something you don't see a whole lot of

My wheel has some concavity to it. I don't think it would look properly with any lip to it IMO.

I know, my CSL wheels have little concavity, but not to the extreme where you are thinking. Mine has no deep lip.

I think you will be able to pull off concavity. IMO if you go deep dish, you will have to lower it to make it look sexy

Dude, let me know... I'm actually heading down to Columbus tomorrow to visit the parents and for a small meet there. The wheels and tires are there at my parent's house. They come with these tires: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A RFT

Call me if he says yes.

Do you know if the offset is correct for a X3? We need a set of wheels to throw blizzacks on the X3 that we own

What year X3? Sport pkg? Do you know what wheels are OEM for it?

These are 18x8 ET34 (front) and 18x8.5 ET37 (rear).

It should fit according to a website I found:

2009 BMW X3
Bolt Pattern: 5x120
Offset: 34-45mm

I'd feel better if one of us called Tirerack or you sent me the current style on your X3.
